The Center is an independent research organization providing polling, research, data, and methodological services. It does not represent a political party, government, candidate, or funder. Independence does not mean absence of professional relationships; it means defined roles and protection of research judgment from political or commercial substitution.
The Center conducts research and studies for public, civil, academic, international, and commercial organizations while retaining full professional and methodological independence. The commissioning organization identifies its needs and research questions, while findings and analysis remain governed by the data, methodology, and professional standards.
A partnership or contractual relationship with any organization does not constitute endorsement of its positions, policies, or activities.
