The library contains material approved by the Center for public release. It may include polling reports, social and economic studies, humanitarian and development research, market research, evaluations, briefs, methodology notes, tables, and visualizations.

Material may be preliminary, under review, final, revised, or withdrawn. Status appears clearly on the page and file, and a materially different version is not substituted without a recorded change.
Where privacy and rights permit, anonymized data, codebooks, questionnaires, tables, and code may be available. Some materials may be restricted and require an access request or data-use agreement.
Users may share links, quote limited material, and recreate charts under the Copyright and Reuse Policy. Citation does not mean the Center approves the user’s interpretation or organization.
Where a user finds an incorrect figure, inconsistency, translation problem, broken link, or possible exposure, the error form should identify the material and location.
