General contact form

This package displays the form for review only. It does not transmit data until connected to an approved email and secure processor.

Conditional information

  • Media: outlet, topic, deadline, and requested contribution.
  • Data: study, purpose, variables, users, and protection.
  • Complaints: event, date, project, people involved, and evidence where available.
  • Research: problem, questions, population, outputs, timing, and budget.
  • Vendors: service, documents, and RFP or prequalification reference.

Attachments

Accepted formats and maximum size must be configured in the operational system. Do not send named datasets, identity documents, passwords, health records, children’s data, or highly confidential commercial documents through the general form. Request a secure channel first.

Short privacy notice

Information is used to understand, route, and answer the request; maintain an appropriate record; and prevent abuse. General contact does not create a marketing subscription. Access is restricted and retention differs by request type.

Sensitive and confidential messages

Ordinary forms and email may not be suitable for highly sensitive data. State that a secure channel is required without including the sensitive detail in the initial message.

Research participants

Participants may ask about a study, consent, withdrawal, no further contact, privacy, or complaints. Identify the study or researcher and contact time where possible without sending unnecessary additional information.

Media inquiries

Include outlet, subject, question, deadline, publication date, and requested format. The Center cannot guarantee spokesperson availability or a response within every deadline.

Procurement and vendors

Prequalification invitations, requests for proposals, registration templates, and legal or financial requirements may be submitted. Repeated unsolicited marketing messages and large unrequested attachments should be avoided.

Careers and internships

Approved opportunities are published with their own requirements. A general résumé does not establish a vacancy or automatic inclusion in a team or roster. Submissions are handled under the Privacy Notice.

Language and accessibility

Messages are accepted in Arabic or English. An alternative method or format may be requested where the form is inaccessible. Language errors do not invalidate a message where the subject can be understood.

Emergency disclaimer

The Center is not an emergency, medical, police, legal-aid, or humanitarian service. An immediate threat to life or safety should be directed to the competent local service.

Receipt confirmation

Thank you for contacting Palestine Polling Center. Your message has been received and will be routed according to its subject. Receipt does not constitute acceptance of an assignment, data request, or complaint and does not create a contractual obligation.
