What ordinarily does not require permission?
Sharing an official link, limited quotation with attribution, referring to a finding, and recreating a chart from published data under applicable terms, unless the material carries different conditions.
Decision and conditions
The outcome may be approval, conditional approval, referral to another rights holder, confirmation that permission is unnecessary, or refusal. Silence is not permission. Conditions may cover attribution, original links, modification, duration, platform, and logo restrictions.
