A user does not need to disclose a diagnosis or health details to receive assistance. It is sufficient to describe the barrier and required format or outcome.
Priority and temporary solutions
Priority is given to barriers preventing complaints, privacy requests, essential information, or functions without alternatives. The Center may provide text, a table, direct link, or temporary assistance while remediation is underway.

Examples of barriers
- A menu or field cannot be reached by keyboard.

- A chart lacks a description or alternative table.
- Arabic direction or reading order is incorrect.
- A time limit causes loss of information.
Possible temporary solutions

Privacy
A medical diagnosis is not required. Device, browser, or assistive-technology information is used only to understand the barrier and test a solution, and disability or access information is not published.
