Privacy Request

• Confirm whether the Center holds information about you.
• Obtain a copy where appropriate.
• Correct inaccurate identifying information.
• Request deletion or restriction subject to purpose, law, and rights.
• Withdraw optional consent or stop nonessential messages.
• Report unexpected use, sharing, or exposure.

• Identify the study, service, or approximate date.
• Do not send a complete identity document in the first message.
• State whether you act for another person.
• Do not provide other people’s information beyond necessity.
• Request a secure channel for sensitive matters.

Proportionate verification may be required before a record is disclosed, changed, or deleted. The purpose is to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Only necessary information is requested and used for verification and the request.

Exceptions may arise from contracts, law, complaints, other people’s rights, safeguarding, or legitimate research. Where a request cannot be completed fully, the Center explains what can be done and the general reason for limits where legally possible.
